Skills/Experience:

  • Should have at least 7+ years of experience working as a Level 2 support and performing engineering activities on On-Prem AD and Microsoft Entra.
  • Hands-on experience designing high-level and low-level solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially ServiceNow incident, change, and request management.
  • Experience working on Active Directory and Entra project-related activities using Jira tasks assigned to the L3 Directory Services team.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and vendors through regular team meetings to support and deliver project requirements.
