Skills/Experience:
- Extensive background in Testing and Quality Engineering, including senior Test Manager roles on large-scale transformation or migration programmes.
- Deep, hands-on experience in cards (credit, debit, prepaid) within complex banking or payments environments.
- Proven ability to operate in high-risk, regulator-scrutinised programmes with multiple external dependencies.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end card transaction flows, authorisation models, settlement cycles, disputes, and chargebacks.
- Experience working with card processors, payment switches, core banking platforms, and card management systems.
- Solid grasp of PCI-DSS, data privacy, and payments compliance obligations.
- Comfortable operating at executive level, translating complex testing outcomes into clear business risk narratives.
- Decisive, pragmatic, and confident making quality trade-offs under tight timelines.
- Experienced in Agile, hybrid, or large-scale transformation delivery models.
