Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 3–7+ years’ experience with ServiceNow, ideally 2+ years in VR/SIR module
- Strong ServiceNow configuration and scripting skill
- Understanding of DLP concepts: data classification, policy rules, exfiltration paths, insider risk, endpoint/cloud DLP
- Experience with integrating security tools into ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) or Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) preferred
