  • 3–7+ years’ experience with ServiceNow, ideally 2+ years in IRM/GRC module
  • Strong ServiceNow configuration and scripting skill
  • Understanding of risk scoring, risk frameworks, controls, and GRC processes
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator(CSA) and  Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
