Skills/Experience:
- Qualifications (indicate whether mandatory or desired)
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
- Experience (minimum type and level of experience required to perform the role)
- At least five (5) years appropriate industry experience (mandatory)
- At least twelve (12) months experience working with ServiceNow (mandatory)
- Previous experience of IT operations in a large organization (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge/experience in the application of Agile and lean approaches
- Proven capability in contributing to the strategic direction of a department.
