Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in data driven projects.
- Strong understanding of Azure Databricks, data pipelines, Spark concepts, and Delta Lake.
- Working knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics—SQL pools, pipelines, data integration.
- Deep experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and modern data platform concepts.
- Solid SQL abilities and comfort reviewing datasets, profiling data, and validating results.
- Strong understanding of Data & AI ecosystems—ML pipelines, model lifecycle, or analytics integration.
- Experience working with Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, or other Azure data services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Exposure to data governance tools (Purview, Collibra) is an advantage.
- Azure certifications (DP 900, DP 203, or business analysis certifications like CBAP).
