Contract, Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 7–10 years of core Business Analysis experience, with strong exposure to greenfield web development projects
- Proven background in airline domain systems, especially PSS, DCS, GDS, and Check-in workflows
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum BA practices, including backlog grooming and sprint ceremonies
- Hands-on experience with Jira (story drafting, workflows) and Confluence (structured documentation)
- Solid understanding of requirement elicitation techniques and stakeholder management across diverse groups
- Ability to work independently with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional and multicultural teams
