- Strong backend and systems experience – strong front end building custom UI and application, API design & build experience
- Can perform unit test for own code
- Infrastructure as a Code experience will be good (not mandatory)

- CI/CD enhancements desirable (not mandatory), strong devops building pipelines & testing
