Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Experience working in large transformation projects in Capital Markets domain, Banking, and Financial Services.
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis, from ideation through delivery and BAU embedment.
- Perform deep‑dive As‑Is / To‑Be analysis and define transition states to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Elicit, analyse, prioritise, and manage functional and non‑functional requirements using Agile and traditional methods.
- Model business processes, data flows, and domain concepts to inform solution design and decision‑making.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) with experience in writing level 1, 2, and 3 diagrams, aligned to BPMN standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and vendors to align solutions with business needs.
- Support testing, release, change and adoption activities to ensure smooth implementation and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to BA standards, peer reviews, and the Business Analyst Community of Practice to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
