Skills/Experience:
- Overall, 10-12 Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment preferably on implementation of CRM
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud
- Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
- Telecommunication Industry Background
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Velocity
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
