Skills/Experience:
  • Overall, 10-12 Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment preferably on implementation of CRM
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud
  • Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience
  • Telecommunication Industry Background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Velocity
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
