- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B), Omni-channel architecture, Integration with ERP and OMS, DevOps practices, Governance and SLA compliance.
- Tech stack exposure: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/ Demandware), Apex, JavaScript.
- Solution design and development for scalable, secure, high-performance customer facing app ecommerce app on Salesforce Commerce.
- Strong leadership on Salesforce Commerce Cloud / demandware implementation, solution design, and support services for ecommerce/retail websites.
- Expertise in building and managing highly customized websites with different technologies including Commerce cloud, Apex, JavaScript.
- Solid experience in Application Development Services and Application Maintenance and Support Services
- Strong exposure in vendor management and working with distributed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors for service restoration & regular maintenance activities/tasks.
