Skills/Experience: 

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) / OmniStudio development.
  • OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards
  • Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration
  • Good understanding of E&U Cloud data model — Accounts, Service Accounts, Meters, Usage Points, Service Orders, and Products.
  • Familiarity with Vlocity OmniStudio best practices (version control, deployable packs, caching, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
  • Experience in end-to-end integration
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
