- Communication skills at all levels
- Minimum 8 years sales experience in an Energy & Resources environment with an emphasis on successfully closing medium to large and commercially complex deals.
- Experience in leading contract negotiations
- Experience of operating in a well-disciplined industry
- Experience of operating in a stand-alone capacity
- Experienced at process improvement
- Experienced working for broad range of medium to large multinational corporations with culturally diverse workforces
- Understand complex technology implementations and/or outsourcing projects.
