- Solid experience in manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in automation tools –Tosca, Tosca Agentic AI, Jenkins, Github
- Experience with qTest test management tool
- Experience with Agile and DevOps environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Develop and maintain automated functional test scripts for ST and Regression testing.
- Ensure all test automation is implemented as per the TCoE QE guidelines/framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Log and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
- Manage test environments and create necessary test data.
