Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in BI development, analytics, or data engineering roles.
- Strong hands on experience with Power BI (desktop, service, DAX, dataflows).
- Proficiency working with data from Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark based platforms.
- Good understanding of Azure Synapse (SQL pools, serverless SQL, ETL/ELT concepts).
- Strong SQL and data modelling expertise (star schema, tabular models, KPI definitions).
- Experience in Data & AI environments with ability to integrate ML outputs into dashboards.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or related Azure ingestion tools.
- Exposure to Azure Purview, data cataloging, and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD for Power BI (Azure DevOps).
- Microsoft certifications (PL 300, DP 203, or related Azure credentials).
