Full-time Skills/Experience:
- 10+ testing experience with strong hands on Functional/Manual testing and test processes.
- Basic knowledge on the Non-functional testing (e.g. DR, failover, PT)
- Any form of Migration testing experience (cloud/infra/DB/Application) and knows the Migration test process (Pre/post migration testing and hyper care).
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management.
- Able to run the testing workshop on own with Business stakeholders.
- Hands on experience on creating/designing Test Plan, Test cases, and Test execution.
- JIRA/Qmetry knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Able to read, understand and identify the testing scope from the technical document (low level design, High level design) and Business Requirements
