  • Proven experience of 1- 3years in IT recruitment.
  • Proven experience with ATS & job portals
  • Hands on experience working with platforms like LinkedIn, VMS and social media.
  • Ability to source and screen candidates for different technical positions, niche skills including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethics.
