We are looking for a SmartCOMM Template Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication templates using SmartCOMM. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver personalized, high-quality customer correspondence across multiple channels.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM (Thunderhead)
  • Template design and development
  • XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Customer communications management (CCM)
  • Data mapping and document composition
  • Version control and SDLC/Agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SmartCOMM templates and communications
  • Configure document layouts, business rules, and workflows
  • Integrate SmartCOMM solutions with enterprise applications
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
