Skills/Experience:
- Senior-level experience (10+ years) in enterprise telephony / unified communications
- Strong hands-on delivery experience with Webex Calling, including MS Teams integration
- Comfortable supporting design, build, testing, and cutover activities
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, contract environment
- A solid working knowledge of Cisco Firewalls, LAN, WAN, QoS, and Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking fundamentals
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with vendors and stakeholders
