Full-time Skills/Experience:
- Significant experience Data Analysis, Design and modelling experience
- Experience in working in DWH environments and sound knowledge of DWH concepts
- Experienced in Translating business requirements to Data and Reporting requirements and translate into Data designs and leading the delivery sprints
- Expertise on Source data analysis, Data Mapping and Data Modelling
- Strong SQL skills to analyze data, identify data patterns and design Data hubs and Data Marts meeting business requirements
- Experience in Insurance Data domains and business processes (Preferred)
- Experience in Data Modelling techniques (Data Vault, Dimensional Modelling etc.) and tools like Erwin
- Experience in designing solution for any Cloud Data platforms (Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric, Azure Data Bricks, Cloudera Data Platform)
- Effectively communicate with business users and technical teams supporting requirements elaboration, user acceptance and business change
- Experience in using data management tools (Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master/Reference Data, etc.), SQL, data analysis tools and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Demonstrated evidence of being self-motivated, results orientated and driven to improve business processes.
