Full-time Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC (Access Control).
- Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts (ECC/S4HANA, Fiori Catalogs/Groups/Roles).
- Hands-on experience with ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM.
- Expertise in SoD rule sets, risk remediation, and audit compliance frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Fiori security, HANA DB security, and SAP cloud solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Access Control
- SAP Security or GRC certifications
- ITIL, CISA, or CISM credentials
