Skills/Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Expertise in Jira Administration (projects, workflows, permissions, schemes)
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
- Experience in automation, integrations, and scripting (Script Runner/Groovy)
- Exposure to REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
