Full-time Skills/Experience:
- Hands-on experience working with several of the platforms in scope including Redshift, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or Airflow in a delivery, engineering, or technical operations capacity
- Practical understanding of data quality, audit logging, access controls, and governance concepts
- Experience coordinating technical delivery in an Agile environment including tracking work, managing dependencies, and keeping teams on track
- Comfortable working directly in tools and getting into the detail when needed
- Good communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical team members
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
- Experience with AWS services including Redshift, MWAA, EFS, and S3
- Familiarity with DBT, Nexus, or Git-based deployment workflows
- Experience with data lifecycle management and data governance
