Full-time Skills:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Trading area or Utilities business or Financial Markets.
- Strong understanding of trading lifecycle: order management, execution, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, controls.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows (UML).
- A strong data mindset—comfortable with SQL, data validation, reconciliation logic, or workflow tools.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirement gathering, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
